Known as one of the leading forces in what’s being called “the golden age of American string quartets,” the Daedalus String Quartet is an award-winning group of young musicians. Consisting of two violinists, a viola player, and one cellist, Daedalus has performed in world class venues like Carnegie Hall and the Library of Congress. This February, they come to beautiful Carmel-by-the-Sea for an evening of music from composers like Elliot Carter and George Perle.
