Move and Stretch

Reinvigorate your mind and body with yoga on the beach every Saturday and Sunday at 9:00 am. Presented in partnership with Monterey Bay Moves, this complimentary wellness experience is designed to allow you to flow and strengthen among the natural surroundings. The hour-long practice concludes with mindful meditation.

YOUR BEACH YOGA EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:

  • Use of a beach blanket for your yoga practice (no mat necessary)
  • A lavender-infused face mask
  • A complimentary bottle of juice

Energizing Morning Flow

Saturdays at 9:00 am

Reawaken your mind and body with a powerful morning flow that uses the energy of your breath to help you find a deeper connection with your practice. Begin the day feeling energized, focused, and inspired! This class is beginner-friendly.

Slow Morning Flow

Sundays at 9:00 am

Treat yourself to a nourishing and rejuvenating Sunday morning Yoga practice. Unwind and become aware of your body's rhythms and the natural surroundings through gentle Vinyasa and Hatha postures. This class is beginner-friendly.
