The Spa at Sanctuary takes pride in offering seaside-inspired products and a holistic approach to treatments. Our range of organic and seaweed-based skin and body care includes renowned brands such as Circadia, Repêchage® and Body Bliss.

Arrival: We invite all spa guests to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their treatment to allow time for the arrival experience and to comfortably change.  Please note that late arrivals may result in shortened treatments, out of respect for other guests' time.

Cancellation or appointment changes: Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. For that reason, we require a valid credit card to secure your appointment. 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges. If we do not receive notice within 48 hours, a charge of $50 will be applied to your account. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of treatments scheduled. “No shows” will be charged 100% of treatments scheduled.

Gratuities: For your convenience, gratuities are provided to spa staff through a 20% service charge added to your treatment total.

Groups and events: For groups, parties or corporate events of six or more people, please contact us at 831.883.5529 so we can assist you in creating your unique experience.

Menu prices are subject to change without notice. Spa hours change seasonally. The Spa at Sanctuary exclusively serves guests 18 years of age or older, and we welcome hotel guests to enjoy the spa and our facilities by appointment only.
