As the sun reaches its highest point, we honor the elements with "Solstice Ash"—hearth-fired specialties blistered over open oak embers—paired with "The Lunar Tide, " a luminous, sub-zero Full Moon Martini. Join us for a weekend where the year’s longest day meets the hearth’s heat, marking the turning of the season from the fireside to the harbor light.
